Before you can place your order, please register in our new online shop. After we have received your payment, you will be sent an e-mail with the files and your tickets. Check your spam filter settings to ensure you receive your tickets: Make sure your e-mail account has a spam folder where you can find the e-mail if it does not land in your inbox. Allow unknown senders and attachments in PDF format as well. The confirmation e-mail is also your invoice. Thanks to the registration function, you will never lose a ticket from now on. You will find all the tickets you purchase with us that are saved in your account, as long as they have not been redeemed or they have not expired. If you encounter any other problems, please contact the test tower shop team using the contact form on the shop website.

In extreme weather, like icing and strong wind or gales, the outer ring of the platform can be closed for safety reasons. If necessary, the entire tower will be shut down. We want to offer our visitors maximum safety at all times. Experience has shown that the view can be quite stunning even in rainy weather. However, we cannot make predict or forecast how conditions will be. What one person considers acceptable may not be so for other. Everyone judges situations differently.

You can purchase gift certificates online or during opening hours at our box office in the TK Elevator test tower in Rottweil. Gift certificates, valued at €9, €10, €20, or €50, can be used both online and at the box office in Rottweil to purchase tickets and merchandise. Any amount left over is available for future purchases. Please get in line and redeem your gift certificate for tickets at the box office once you enter the visitors’ lobby. Gift certificates are valid for 12 months. Gift certificates that you purchased in the old shop are still valid. You can exchange them at the box office during your visit. If you have a gift certificate not restricted to a particular day, you can also get in line and wait your turn to visit the observation platform.

We have close ties to Baden-Württemberg through our elevator plant in Neuhausen auf den Fildern. The central location not far from the plant, being part of the high-tech corridor around Stuttgart, political support from Mayor Broß and the local council, and the broad approval of the local community tipped the scales in favor of Rottweil.

This would not have been possible at the TK Elevator plant in Neuhausen auf den Fildern, located 75 kilometers from Rottweil, due to its proximity to Stuttgart Airport.

Rottweil’s historic skyline remains unchanged, as the planned site is located about 1.5 kilometers from the old town.
