TKE testtower receives CTBUH Award
At the Council on Tall Buildings and Urban Habitat (CTBUH) forum in Chicago in November, the TK Elevator test tower won the award for the tallest ‘non-building’ in the Excellence category.
According to the CTBUH criteria, ‘non-buildings’ are buildings in which less than 50% of the space is constantly used for living space, workplaces or other uses by people.
The CTBUH jury is made up of experts in the fields of architecture, engineering and construction, among others.
